Please make you sure that you have specified:

• Information about the OS that you are using;
• Name and number of program's version;
• Detailed description of error or your suggestion.

We reserve our right not to support users who, in our opinion, write abusive or unreasonable letters and users whose problems exceed the boundaries of our intended software use.

Please note that the letters of registered users have a higher priority over other letters.
